Terms and Conditions

1. You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
2. Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
3. You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
4. Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

1. Check-In: 02:00 PM
2. Check-Out: 12:00 PM
3. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Identity Proof Mandatory

1. You are requested to carry valid government-issued ID proof during your stay.

Booking & Payment Policy

1. A 50% / 100% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
2. The balance payment must be cleared at Check-In.
3. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Cash.

Cancellation Rules

1. Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 7 or 14 days before the arrival date will be non-refundable/free of charge.
2. Partial Refund: A 50% charge will apply to cancellations made between 20 and 30 days before the arrival date.
3. No Refund: No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 to 72 hours of the arrival date or in case of a no-show.

Child & Extra Bed Policy

1. Children below 5 or 6 years: Stay complimentary without an extra bed.
2. Children above 11 or 12 years: Will be considered adults.
3. Extra Mattress/Bed: ₹1,200 per night, inclusive of breakfast.

Hotel Rules & Guidelines

1. Visitors: Outside visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 PM.
2. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
3. Quiet Hours: Guests are requested to maintain peace and avoid loud music between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of consideration for other guests.
4. Damages: Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
